Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Stephanie Hassell, MS, RDN, CDN
Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian and graduate of Buffalo State College with over a decade of clinical experience. She began her career as an NDTR at Oishei Children’s Hospital of Buffalo in infant nutrition and later at Buffalo General Hospital in adult acute care. Stephanie specialized in surgical and cardiovascular care, managing complex cases and patients with diabetes, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, and gastrointestinal disorders including IBS, SIBO, IBD (Crohn's + Celiac), and post-GI surgery recovery.
After five years in the field, Stephanie returned to school to earn her RD credential with the goal of moving beyond conventional medicine to provide care that is personalized, relational, and holistic. Her own journey with stage 4 endometriosis has fueled her passion for self-advocacy and supporting women navigating a healthcare system that often overlooks their needs.
Stephanie’s approach is rooted in intuitive, compassionate nutrition. She helps women cultivate healthier relationships with food and their bodies while finding meaningful symptom relief through individualized diet and lifestyle strategies. She is committed to changing the dialogue in women’s health and creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Outside of her work, Stephanie loves to create—painting, sculpting clay, and exploring her artistic side. She enjoys mindful movement, astrology, learning, hiking, traveling (sometimes with strangers!), and caring for plants and animals. She especially loves spending time with her dog Jax and watching the birds at her feeder.
