In Office and Telehealth Appointments:

 

We will bill your insurance for all in office and telehealth appointments.  Insurance companies are now recognizing the value of working with a Registered Dietitian, so many plans will cover your visit at little or no cost to you.

Coverage does vary plan to plan.  As a courtesy we will contact your insurance before your appointment to check your coverage, but we recommend you also confirm your coverage with your plan* (we hate to have anyone surprised by a bill for an uncovered visit!).  Please be sure to complete the new client forms (will be emailed to you when you schedule an appointment) as soon as possible to give us time to contact your insurance and review your medical records.

If you do not have insurance, or your insurance will not cover your in office visit, payment is due at the time of your visit.  Contact us for more information on current visit pricing.​
