Lindsay felt compelled to create the "Reclaim Your Health" program after 12 years of practicing as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and seeing so many women struggling with weight, dieting, body image, and health changes after 40.
Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s face unique health and weight changes, including hormone fluctuations, demands of careers, and caring for family, children, grandchildren, etc. The typical one size fits all "eat less, move more" advice isn't always the most effective.
The "Reclaim Your Health" program combines the individualized and more detailed assessment and goal setting of a 1:1 appointment, with the support, accountability and more frequent check-ins of a group program. Along with plenty of additional helpful resources and tools such as meal planning, recipe ideas and more to help take the stress and confusion out of being healthy and thriving after 40!
What is Included?
Weekly Group Sessions
Weekly 1 hour group sessions will be held virtually on our HIPAA compliant platform. These will be facilitated by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and help provide accountability and the opportunity to ask questions and get support from other women!

Three 1:1 Sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist*
You will meet with the RDN for an initial 60-minute assessment, where you will discuss your health and food history and develop an individualized plan and goals. You will have a 30 minute follow up mid-way through the program, and a final 30-minute visit to conclude the program and discuss any ongoing follow up!

Weekly Meal Plans
You will receive a weekly meal plan based on your health goals and have access to our meal planning program/ recipe database for the full 12 weeks!
