About the Program

Lindsay felt compelled to create the "Reclaim Your Health" program after 12 years of practicing as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and seeing so many women struggling with weight, dieting, body image, and health changes after 40.

Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s face unique health and weight changes, including hormone fluctuations, demands of careers, and caring for family, children, grandchildren, etc.  The typical one size fits all "eat less, move more" advice isn't always effective.  

The small group structure of the Reclaim Your Health Program offers the benefits of a group program: more support, accountability and more frequent check-ins, while still allowing for the more personal and individualized approach of a 1:1 appointment.  With the addition of other helpful resources and tools such as weekly educational emails, goal setting, meal planning, recipe ideas and more, the Reclaim your Health Program will take the stress and confusion out of living your happiest, healthiest life after 40!
